Powerful native user interface designed to visualize and help understand numbers generated by user actions within mobile apps and converted into meaningful events for comparison and analysis.

Through transparent and non-intrusive activity recording, Leapfactor Apps gleam insights about users’ behaviors and deliver detailed analytics of the usage of the tools and consumption of the information within Apps.

By being able to take every touch, swipe and action into an account to generate meaningful events from a business standpoint, Leapfactor accumulates, processes and stores all these mobile events in a large capacity cloud-based repository.

Our Apps record analytics events even while in offline mode. As soon as the Internet connectivity is detected, a securely stored packet of analytics is sent to the cloud repository.

New and custom reports can be produced to respond to ad-hoc and more specific questions without having to modify the events repository or the mobile Apps.

Features:
- Interactive Charts (simple, stacked and clustered bars; matrices/heat maps; pie/donut charts) with dynamic data selection and manipulation;
- Fully functional offline mode;
- Multiple collection of charts;
- Dynamic charts rendering;
- Configurable User Dashboard;
- Secure online and offline logon;
- Chart data sets subscription;
- On App user provisioning;
- Mail friendly chart rendering.

Some events are generated automatically, like: login, user activation, time zone, device type, OS version, etc. and they don’t require a single line of code to be produced and reported.

In addition to these “hard” metrics, Leapfactor’s Apps have been pre-tagged so that we can provide answers to the most common questions like: How many users do we have? What is the most viewed content? Who’s the most active user?

A standard collection of charts is provided to help customers understand adoption trends, including, but not limited to total number of provisioned users, activated users, active and inactive users and most viewed content.

Unique Operational Metrics
Because Leapfactor’s events repository contains all the recorded actions with contextual data associated, it is possible to perform complex queries to respond to operational questions, identify behavioral trends and segment users based on activity.

The systematic recording of user actions allows Leapfactor to measure several dimensions and generate the necessary metadata and fully digested data sets that can be manipulated by end users locally without having to access the central data repository. This way Sightfactor users can determine the type of visual representation, periods of time and data dimensions to be used with a few tabs.

For most, "business intelligence" is the big, expensive thing that pumps out spreadsheets that are generally out of date, not entirely accurate and way too complex. The user interface to visualize data through charts has been re-designed to allow user to render sophisticated charts without having to deal with complex interfaces or concepts.
